SPUD's a keeper. Nice work! Is he a repurposed toy?

And where did the Space Rhino/hammerhead come from?

Dale Hurtt21 Aug 2011 8:36 a.m. PST

That's nice!

Spud is a Ben-10 toy. 3.5" NRG.

the space-rhino is a Mcdonalds happymeal toy from the Avatar movie. I it used to have a clear fan, which I cut to a horn.

another repurposed Ben-10 Toy. I just sculpted a little head on it since it reminded me of a Gunmen from Gurren Lagann. I got impatient and just sculpted the Angel mask and went with it.

Very nice! As soon as I saw the white skull I thought of Evangelion, nice choice! I tied my hand at sculpting Satchiel (the 3rd angel). It turned out…… Ok.

I've been meaning to snag some old toys and maybe a few MonPoc boosters.

painting toys is a nice break from gaming figs since they tend to be unique and allow you a little more freedom. and monsters and larger vehicles tend to the most fun to paint anyways, so it works out.

better than forking out $40+ for a GW monster to paint just for fun.

All of the awesome toys that keep getting released is what inspired me to create the Toy Battle System.
