I was going to say Old Glory 15s does Russian Sailors. They're on shore leave of sorts, but they're all armed to the teeth! Nope, not at all what you're looking for. I can't think of anything even remotely close. |

They're suitably dressed (and armed) for a spell of shore leave in Bogonesia.  Peter Pig do British sailors caps in their 'separate head' range but you still have to find figures with the rest of the uniform. |

Yes, they are 15s, and no that is not McArthur, just some senior petty ossifer or LTJG leading the patrol. Eureka sells the minis. The guys with helmets are actually marines I painted in navy colors. Sailors:
