The Romanian Army museum in Bucharest, which I visited soon after the Revolution, was a marvel of the military curators art, a really world class institution, at a time when things in Roumania in geenral were pretty average, including a huge full scale diorama of Romanian troops storming a Turkish fort. More Soviet armour out the back of the museum than you can possibly spend a happy weekend clambering in and out of, too
