How about Bristle Blocks?
Could those Bristle Blocks be used somehow? And or what? If not, what OTHER plastic blocks are out there that could be used, and for what specific purpose? Thanks, Dan |

Weren't there some plastic blocks with ridges instead of bristles? If I recall correctly, they kinda looked like SF containers. Thanks, Dan |

If nothing else, these could be used for the internal walls of a sound room, or soething like that. Rob |

If only you could have whitnessed some of the stuff ive seen being used for terrain over my many years of wargaming, if your on a tight budget or even not that good at making your own, just use what ever you like or comes to hand you can always make up some sort of a excuse to explane the hows and whys to your mates afterwards
A classic example was a squeezy tomarto ketchup despencer in the shape of a tomarto with vine leaves on top being used as a landed Union Dropship in a game of Battletech. :) |

They're still LEGO-compatible, but I've used quite a few megablox bits for detailing terrain. They've got alot of pieces that with great futuristic detailing, and the various pirate and castle sets have many pieces with wood or stone details. Also, since they're megablox and can be found cheaply at resale shops, I've none of the guilt in cutting and painting them that I might experience with destroying LEGO elements. |
