I've recently purchased some clicky figures from Troll and Toad's EBAY store. I waited a few days for a combined invoice to be sent, when one didn't show after a few days I requested an invoice, none arrived. Soon after I read this posting: TMP link and started worrying that T&T were stiffing me with a huge shipping cost. I found a customer service number and called up to make a complaint. The customer service rep informed that they had been having a problem not receiving email from EBAY, but they are also having problems with incorrect shipping totals. Not only was the customer service rep helpful (she sent out an invoice with correct shipping) but also very friendly. |

Thanks BigDan, that's good to hear. I've been hesitant in the past to order from Troll & Toad, but a friend has made large orders from them recently & had no problems either. |

I've used Troll and Toad a few times for hard to find items. When multiple items were purchased, they had no problem combining to save shipping. They can be pricey for sure, but you know exactly what you are getting up front. For me it's my time in trying to save a buck vs their higher prices but definite stock. Sometimes I win, sometimes they do. |

IIRC, their ebay page doesn't automatically combine shipping – just wait for them to send you the invoice. |

I wait over a week for a invoice and only paid the outrages ship after I got a e-bay pay now e-mail. I will never uses them again. |
