Schogun17 Jul 2011 11:06 a.m. PST

Very nice job!

AWuuuu17 Jul 2011 11:10 a.m. PST

Nice

also very nice river gunboats!

jony66317 Jul 2011 6:47 p.m. PST

Will you be producing gunboat in the same scale?

PanMark18 Jul 2011 10:43 a.m. PST

Gunboat? I'd be interested. Anyone else?

ptdockyard18 Jul 2011 12:55 p.m. PST

Okay….. let's not get carried away here. A gunboat is WAY bigger than a armored car. Even the little Type N boats used on the Dneiper would be 2X the size of the Garford.

Building is not the problem. Molding and casting is.

I posted the same deal a year ago- if I have commitments for a certain number I would do a 15mm RCW paddle wheel gunboat. I have two pre-orders thus far. I would need 12-15 committed pre-orders minimum to proceed.

Dave,
I was one of those who made the commitment lat year. Not trying to get carried way – just trying to stir up more interest! I'm still a go. Anyone else out there?

Okay. :) It still is a project under consideration. It will just end up being a huge mold for my operation.

I would buy a gunboat!

PanMark19 Jul 2011 8:52 a.m. PST

That makes 3 of us. Who else?

AWuuuu19 Jul 2011 12:24 p.m. PST

I would be interested but probably it would be beyond my founding.

But i am looking at yours 1:600 ships with temptation.
I am planing to make Battle of Chernobyl scenario, and you have best riverine Russian ships of the period.

Whats keep me off is i haven't decided if 1:600 ships are not to large for my endeavor :(

If a 15mm RCW paddle wheel gunboat would look the part for WWI on the Tigris I am in for one.

PanMark19 Jul 2011 6:37 p.m. PST

We're up to 4!

badwargamer16 Jul 2012 6:52 a.m. PST

JD Lee14 Jun 2013 6:39 p.m. PST

What happend with the Gunboats?

Lion in the Stars16 Jun 2013 11:29 a.m. PST

probably still not enough pre-orders to cover the cost of the production mold.

Sir Marcus16 Jun 2013 3:54 p.m. PST

I'm still in for the gunboat.

JD Lee17 Jun 2013 1:43 p.m. PST

I still want one!

JD Lee20 Jun 2013 6:57 a.m. PST

I will buy two if it makes a difference!

Sir Marcus25 Jun 2013 2:46 p.m. PST

O.K. I guess I'd get 2 as well if that gets us there.

ptdockyard26 Jun 2013 7:12 p.m. PST

We'll see…..

Johny Boy02 Nov 2013 1:29 p.m. PST

i'm in for one too if it gets up and running

ptdockyard09 Nov 2013 8:32 a.m. PST

Hmm. Even more on this post than on the gunboat one :)

Just picked up some good data on the Greenport launches. They were busy little boats and were used by both sides.

Don't forget I have a couple score of 1/600 RCW riverine along with rules!

Love the boats wish they were 1/300, but there is a chronic shortage of usable boats in 1/100. Would love a small paddle passenger ferry if you ever get round to it as well
