Irregular Miniatures has a good selection; you may need to add the rack to get your stag.
You could also look at MiniFigs UK via Caliver's website. |

I didn't see a stag in Irregular's long list of critters. (They do have Highand Cows now though, ooooh). For a Stag, your best bet may be an HO figure:
