Which shipping company has the best record, in the US, for not loosing parcels? I want to ship my figures from the west coast to the east coast.

I would just go with the USPS I haven't lost an order yet
and they are generally cheaper and almost as fast.
They have lots of options too. And the Flat rate boxes are
usually a good deal.

None of them are immune from such losses.

I'd suggest breaking your shipment up into a number of parcels, assuming they are valuable enough to support the additional cost of doing that, so you don't lose everything, if one goes missing.

Just watch one of the videos on how the handlers deal with boxes at main hubs, and you'll probably never want to ship your stuff at all.

Based on my own service unloading trucks for UPS, wrap it to handle being kicked and stepped on and you should be fine…

Yes, you can never have too much packing material. I use the plastic shopping bags from the grocery myself. Also, spend the extra buck on insurance, you never know.

To answer your Question FedEx is tops when it comes to not losing parcels. They are pricy, and like any service that uses automation to handel the packages (they all do) wrap it as if it is going to the moon.

I used to laugh at my Grandmother for doing that, but she was a wise woman.
