In Scott's Crossed Saber scenario books can anyone tell me, on the maps, what do the dark tightly spaced vertical lines represent? Are they steep hills? Depressions? I cannot find it anywhere (which means nothing – just ask my wife). I am specifically looking at the fleetwood hillo scenario around the Smith house and the Barbour house. Any help is greatly appreciated. Hank |

I see golden yellow horizontal lines around those two houses in my copy, and they definitely represent hills. Each oval is a level, so the Barbour House is two levels above the surrounding countryside. Hope that helps! |

Thanks Nazrat. They are gray in my pdf copy but other hills are golden, like yours. Guess its just a color issue of some sort. I'll treat them as regular hills. H |

Yep, they are indeed hills. |
