Just found these last night before I logged off, will be ordering some for certain:

"FZ136 African woman civilian, in short skirt
FZ137 African woman civilian, in long skirt
FZ138 African child
FZ139 African chubby male civilian
FZ140 African captive male with hands bound
FZ141 African male with spear
FZ142 Xhosa African male with spear and cloak
FZ143 Witch doctor
FZ144 Azande shield (for use with FZ141)
FZ145 Basotho shield (for use with FZ141)

For poorly dressed African bowmen, use AB11. For many other useful types see our 15mm Arabs, and colonial Muslems and Abbysinians."

Oh, you want to know who makes them? Irregular Miniatures.

Cool stuff and sure to supplement what's coming from Blue Moon.

Are we 15 mm gamers finally going to get spoiled for choice in Africa (Rebel Minis has been adding some cool stuff lately, too. Who else is about to jump into the fray?)

When you do order them, please post some photos.

Yeah, I'll wait for Blue Moon.

Thanks,

John

John,

Are they really planning on it?

Dan
PS. For improving the chances of participation/input, this topic should have been included in Victorian (example, Tarzan), Pulp and Pirates, don't you think?

Russ just said they'll be out of the molds and pics up in the next week or so. He said it on Friday.

Cross-posting is something I really don't do much of. I figure most miniature gamers can see most areas. But yeah, it probably wouldn't have hurt.

Thanks,

John

John, I'm really looking forward to the Blue Moon selections but I will also buy a bunch of the irregular figures since they will mix fine with Blue Moon. And the more we support those who cater to this area, the better are chance of getting even more offerings. I will buy some of the Rebel Minis as well.

Now, I know there is another 15 mm company out their with pulp minis but I can't recall who…
