I'd check with On Military Matters. They carried the first edition. |

Carbine1959, the answer is.. not far behind! We had a hold up in our activities due to some personal issues but those are all sorted now and we are back on track. The range has expanded significantly and by the time the first figures are commercially available (I think August)gamers will not have to wait for the the next wave of releases because we'll have the cavalry and artillery ready to go then too. |

T got my copy of Beneath the Lily Banners last week through the post. The high expectation I had, since from the League of Augsburg website I was used to a very high standard, came out and even more. The overall quality of the general lay-out, readability, clearness is high quality. The overall presentation with the exiting pics of Barry Hilton's own collection is just superb. If there is a way to tempt wargamers to try this period then it is through such rule book. I think the prize of GBP 25 is OK for what you get The figure range which is scheduled for July will be complementary to this book and the samples on the website look great already. Great PR for a tempting wargaming period and compliments to Barry and his crew. |
