I'll consider anything an hour or two or three in any direction as ok.

I've had to down scale my book collection quite a bit recently and have been to a place in Centerville, VA then all the way up to Columbia, Maryland in the other direction.

I've gotten decent credit, despite some contemptuous looks at my offerings, but the problem is neither store had much that I wanted or needed.

Is there a place that buys and also has a decent military section? I really miss Half Price Books …=(

There's a C&W down in WoodBridge. They have some RPG stuff and a decent-looking military section. You may have already tried them. In Frederick, MD there's Wonder Books. They look to have a lot of history/mil history, too.

I do not know if Dave Zullo's son is still running the business but Old Soldier Books in Gaithersburg Maryland had the best selection of ACW books on the East Coast. Dave retired some years back and his son was running the shop. Might be gone by now.

There is a place in Manassas, can't recall the name of it but it is pretty damn big. It's in a strip mall. Has a pretty good sized military section.

There's a C&W down in WoodBridge.

There's one in Chantilly as well. Practically next door to the Game Parlor.

Not a bad spot.
