Being the right sort of chap, I ordered a copy of the good Rev. Paul Wright's excellent work "Funny Little Wars" from the (Virtual) Armchair General back in December last. I paid my Queen's shillings, and sat back in my drawing room to await the arrival of the boy from the Post Office.

And I awaited…

…and awaited.

Realising something was amiss during February, (acute lack of said volume in particular), I dashed off a communique to Mr. Patrick R. Wilson (Proprietor) at the address in the former colonies.

I am here to detail my delight at the response of Mr. Wilson, who went to great and considered labours to address this vexing issue. Upon his realisation, not only did he immediately send my volume by the latest means of aeronautical conveyance, but did so with the inclusion of some charming pages of flags, all rendered in the 'proper' 1/32nd scale of correct toy soldiering.

Should any of you chaps (or better sort of girls) be contemplating a purchase from Mr. Wilson, be of a mind to accept my hearty recommendation. He is, with doubtless proof, a good egg.
