Who has the best/most complete range of 28mm Vietnam figures? I have a soft spot for Chiltern miniatures. But the range was sold to SHQ in September 2010, and there are no pictures on the SHQ site, or an indication that their 28mm Vietnam figures are from Chiltern. Anyway, perhaps there is a more comprehensive range out there. I am looking for figures including those I can use for special forces. |

Hmmm
Chiltern don't play well with others imo My own collection are mostly Baker Company link though I do have some Force of Arms Junction City figures (they're on page 2 of the catalogue) PDF link and (possibly) some Assault Group link These chaps are new to me link Westwind also have a large range, and it includes montagnards
link Have a perusal

Best I have seen are the force of Arms. I like also the TAG and Baker company. DO not like so much westwind. Parkfield has two excellent M113 and some of the infantrymen are really nice plus they have a K-9 team. There is no complete range sorry every range has some gapping holes. |

Battle Honors has a good selection of figures for Vietnam. But I've seen most of the ones listed above, plenty of good companies to pick from. Chalfant |

I have some of the Eureka minis – they do some nice bullock carts
it may be because they're Viet Namese but they seem slighter than the Baker Company figures

Just a quick message to say that the Parkfield range is just the start and will be added to soon, if there are any reasonable suggestions as to what is needed please let me know. Thanks |

There is no one size fits all range. From what I have seen (and used) Chiltern don't mix well with anyone. They are more like 35mm. In 28mm – Baker Co, West Wind, some TAG, and some Jungle Rot will mix well. The TAG AK-47 and LMG's are oversized – The Jungle Rot SKS's mix well but their other weapons seem small. I have not seen Parkfield or Force of Arms in the flesh, however, I believe they would fit right in. In true 25mm -Eureka, Jungle Rot, and Battle Honors will mix. However, some of Battle Honors AK-47's look very small. Vince |

I use Force of Arms (which you can see photographs of in my shop) and The Assault Group and they look fine together; I bought some Eurika but they are quite a bit smaller (unfortunately). |

@ Arrigo ARVN planned, need to do some early weapons first and some NVA with some US ancillaries. |

As to requests for new figures
. Navy SEALs!!! The fact that 28mm is the ideal scale for Special Operations type games it has always surprised and disappointed how under represented suitable figures are in the various ranges. |
