auction Really like the "Don't waste my time" reference. I would think the $32 USD shipping would make it worthwhile. Funny. DM |

He works for the post office!!!! Mike |
| MDIvancic | 21 Feb 2011 7:13 a.m. PST |
I don't think he is selling much? I tried to get him to combine shipping on a couple items, he did. Wanted to charge me $80! Ouch. |

auction Same with this auction, with an included E-bay rant

"Ebay needs me or they would go out of business, but I dont want to pay their fees, so I'm going to jack the system using super low auction rates and astronomical shipping fees and then rant about life being unfair in the listings." Stay classy. |

So the short of it is that he will sell the item for same, cost + shipping, but shifting the profile so the cost is nearly nothing and thus scamming ebay of their percentage
it will work until someone comments on the cost of shipping to ebay. Kinda sneaky
if he mentioned all of this without being a bit of an ass I suspect he would gain attention as honey rather then poo. |

He's violating eBay terms of service. He's doing it in all his auctions. He's also selling his Steam account multiple times to sell a Left 4 Dead 2 game (DMCA copyright violation) and Steam TOS violation. He's been reported to eBay. |
| haywire | 21 Feb 2011 9:31 a.m. PST |
Yeah I saw those auctions yesterday
WTH? USPS flat rate should be like $10-$15USD |

Sillyjackal, the guy from the above mentioned auction post has the gall to think he can get away with anything. I say we all report his auctions. I have. Rid eBay of scam artists like him. |
| haywire | 21 Feb 2011 9:49 a.m. PST |
Wow
his feedback is terrible. 6 Negatives! with a feedback total of 37? |

"Sillyjackal" is a hugely appropriate Seller name. |
| 28mmMan | 21 Feb 2011 3:13 p.m. PST |
I am looking at the wrong guy? Looks like a 100% rating to me auction ebay will most likely crush him. |
| Neotacha | 21 Feb 2011 3:32 p.m. PST |
At $32 USD shipping, how the heck is he getting 4.5 stars on the shipping & handling charges? |
| Neotacha | 21 Feb 2011 3:45 p.m. PST |
Shipping: $86.00 USD Standard Shipping See more services See shipping discounts Yikes! I wonder why that one didn't sell? sillyjackal seems to ricochet back and forth; some auctions have quite reasonable shipping and then there was this one. auction |

He's ended all his auctions that were violations of eBay TOS. Seems he's going into "hiding" until the reports of his violations disappear. He's so lazy he just modified the s/h price in this auction but he didn't bother changing the description so it still lists the $38 USD shipping fee. |

fredjg Yeah, I contacted that guy, what a slime merchant. He is openly looking to rip you off on shipping, he replied – that's the cost, tough – when I asked about it. |
| flicking wargamer | 24 Feb 2011 9:33 a.m. PST |
I love that he rants that no one is buying his stuff. Of course, that is because of the eBay fees and not his truly breathtaking shipping fees, his demands that you buy more than one item to make it "worth his while", and his cutting half the market out by not shipping to Europe (except France?). |
| Son of Apophis | 24 Feb 2011 10:26 a.m. PST |
Notice he's in California, with sellers like that no wonder his state is bankrupt! |
