Just to point out that I've deleted my two wargames site with the Touching History one being the main one.

The reason being is that all my efforts are going into my Hadrian's Wall Live site which as the name suggests is all about the history of Hadrian's Wall and my guided tours of it, but which does include some pictures of my models and wargames projects.

I own all of your model books and very much enjoyed Touching History. I could care less about Hadrians Wall.
If you can make a living doing what makes you happy then good luck.

I agree with nevin.

Many thanks Nevinsrip and Podette,

Want to start making some short films about the Wall and border history and the blog is a way of getting back into the history of the area. Not to mention getting me out doors and walking again.

Still posting some model bits on the site and may start up another wargames site when I've got a little more time as its in the blood.

All the best

Paul

Good luck Paul,

I may just call in when I am in scotland in 2013, as I would love to visit the wall

cheers

Intrigued at what Steven Pepa has said to revove all these posts and then deleted the comment. Weird!

Just asked if anyone had a contact email for Paul Darnell as he was waiting for a Dacian layout he had ordered. Trouble was he bumped every Touching History/Darnell thread he could find.

The Dacian layout has for the record, appeared on Darnells blog in the last few days so no doubt the guy will be getting his layout soon.

Ah, intrigue satisfied. I saw every thread had been bumped. I apologise for bumping it further!

Hold on….Gwydion has a deleted comment now!…..I wonder….in fact, never mind ;-)

No conspiracy – just Bleeped text! (I wonder if that will get through?) I was wondering why he had been 'unpersoned' but now I see why – didn't think pursuing an unfulfilled contract was such a heinous crime, but now I see it was 'bumping' – well, being unpersoned is lenient.

AH! – No, it seems a perfectly innoccuous British English phrase that uses a word for male bird and means egregious error will not pass the gentle sensibilities of the profanity checker.
Tush and fi!
