If you enjoy regimental-level American Civil War miniature wargaming, please visit the Wargame Vault and scan through the free previews of issues 25-28 of Charge!, the official newsletter of the Johnny Reb Gaming Society. We publish 2-5 scenarios per issue with a focus on Johnny Reb 3, but the scenarios are adaptable for Regimental Fire & Fury and most other leading regimental-level ACW rules sets. Each issue is only $2.99 USD to download, which is a substantial savings from the $5.00 USD cover price. link |

And, don't forget to post reviews of the newsletters on the Wargame Vault after you order them and read them! Thanks! |

Why is JR3 itself not for sale there? (Just curious

You would have to ask the current owner of the inventory of JR3 and the copyrights, Doug Kline, who purchased them from John Hill a few years ago. The Johnny Reb Gaming Society, which is fronted by my wife and me, is endorsed by the Johnny Reb Gaming Company but (and by John Hill) is not affiliated with them. Debi and I do not have publication rights to reproduce JR3 as a digital offering. Doug of course does, so it's his call on entering the digital world. |

scott, I have your exceptional scenario book on antietam, and I am tempted by the two volumes on Gettysburg, but I have always had problems in finding them this side of the pond and when I found them they where quite expensive. Any plan to publish them and the Brother agaisnt Brother in pdf via Wargame vault? |

Again, that is up to the publisher. In the case of the scenario books, it is Ivor Janci's call (Marek/Janci Design). He and I have chatted about this in the past. He's had some personal setbacks recently, so this has not been high on the radar screen. |

Scott, just a question. No need to hurry and I usually can quietly wait (considering how long I waited patiently for a my copy of the antietam scenario book
I can be equated to an elephant despite my recent slimming :P ) Arrigo |
