He cashed my check mid March, $168 USD USD. I sent 6-7 emails, no replys. Phone calls have not been returned or promises of "sending out this weekend" not kept. It appears that Rick will take your money & not deliver the goods, that's called a SCAM so send him your money at your own risk. If you have an outstanding order, call him, maybe you'll have better luck than me. Rick's number is: 312-371-5704. Please don't buy from him if you see him at a Con, you'll just be encouaging him to continue his mail order scam. |

I'm having a similar problem. He filled my order with incorrect flags (Templars instead of Teutonics). Three emails and 3 months later I have yet to hear back from him. I've heard that he has been ill, and I think people have been patient and sympathetic. The problem is that he was seen at Origins and is listed in the vendor area for upcoming Historicon. How sick can he be??? If he is too lazy to return emails, maybe he should find some responsible adult and let her do it for him. This is a case of internet fraud and I intend to pursue it. I strongly urge people to avoid sending him money. I can't believe he shows his face at conventions. |

I received my refund check from Rick, no message attached, just the check. Today I received an email from Rick, first correspondence he's initiated in months, asking if I got the check. I mentioned I did and then he asked if I wanted to order my flags, the order I had placed in March. I don't know why I would order again but I worked something out with Rick. He will be at Historicon and I have a friend going. My friend will pick up my flags, Rick said he'll have the order ready, and my friend will give Rick back his refund check he wrote to me. Rick did mention that he has gotten the OK from his doctor so he will be making flags again. I'll post again after Historicon. |

I sent an order to Rick a few weeks ago, forty 25mm flags from different periods. I mailed the order on a Monday and sent him an email with a copy of the order.
I received my order the next Monday, one week turn around time. The order was complete, correct and the flags looked great! Needless to say, I was very impressed. I really don't think Rick will do this with every order but at least he's trying. |
