Needed or wanted. Either way. What tanks/apc's/afv's would you like to see produced in 2011? See if you can keep it to a top 5. (Keep in mind, no problem suggesting something thats already made if youre not happy with the current edition).

Mine:

1) Stryker w/ grenade launcher
2) Stryker advanced gun system (both preferably with anti-rpg armor)
3) Stryker Motor carrier
4) Stryker medic version
5) Stryker command variants..

Pretty boring, I know. But thats they only modern troops I have any plans for in 2011.

Thanks for the input!

No armored stuff that I can think of…I'd like to see someone put out scale CH-46's and CH-47's….

But that's just a dream….

Aside from my above Stryker onslaught, I'd like to see the Canadian LAV-III (basically a Stryker with a 20mm turret, I think!) and the Polish KTO Rosomak:

MRAPs of any and all flavors.

A M1117 ASV.

Murph, some one did release a 15mm Chinook: link

A proper M1151, not just "HMMWV."

With an option for the older and newer turret types.

And secondary mounts for M240s or M249s.

And spare Mk19 ammo cans to bolt to the side as improvised storage.

Also, proper Ford Rangers for ANP and ANA use, not Toyota Hilux lookalikes. Two and four door versions with crew for the back and options for mounting DShKs, RPDs and PKMs.

Also, jingal trucks.

That Italian 8-wheeled tank – can't ever remember the name of it.

@ Geoff from QRF, re: the Strykers….do you think its ever possible to do the slated armor for them in 15mm?

Oh, it's possible. I can do a brass etch pack, but it works out at about £10.00 GBP per vehicle on top of the £6.00 GBP for the model, so not really cost effective. We have experimented with a flat backed strip simulation, but it's difficult to get a good metal flow into all the fins, so you get a patrial casting 90% of the time. The other option is to mount them on the vehicle and back fill behind, which tends to just make the vehicle look 'wrong'.

There is now an applique kit floating around on the net, which would be feasible.

Thanks for the answer. I figured anything was possible if cost was not an answer. Now back to 40mm g/l and AGS armed Strykers as well as LAV-III's armed with 20mm's…how are those looking for 2011….?

;-)

Actually, LAV-III has a 25mm gun.

I would like to see it done in 28mm scale.

SMc.
