Splintered Light Miniatures did a great job with every single order I have placed with them – fast, nice contact, no problems with getting a PayPal receipt via e-mail while ordering additional items or participating in a sale. Two thumbs up! |

I have to say 3 companies have been superb for us this year: Anglebarracks – sorting out the Gettysburg cemetry gate problem in 6mm Total Battle Miniatures – producing a superb Lutheran Seminary Baccus – casting extra figures to help me finish the Gettysburg project for 2013. |

I get excellent service from most suppliers, such that poor service is what I consider to be remarkable. I spent a year in Kandahar, and was still able to get my toys delivered safely! Despite all the complaints about price, Foundry has always provided me excellent service. Castaway Miniatures, Pulp Figures, Askari and Eureka all stand out for the personal level of attention they give to each order. Warlord Games, Rafm, Outpost Miniatures and Perry Miniatures all have given good service – orders are shipped and get to me with no bother, which is exactly what I want! And I'll give a special recognition to Terry at North Bay Games and Hobbies for saving me the grief of dealing with Canada's arcane and annoying taxes and duties! |

Another vote for The Warstore. Aventine Miniatures gives excellent service, as does Gorgon Studios. Fast, accurate, with communications at every step. |

Two Hour Wargames for me. I'd just bought the rules 'Nuts" at a con when "Nuts 2nd edition" came out. Ed sent me the new rules for free; he even paid postage. I was impressed! |

TheWarstore gets my vote for going the extra mile in helping me order when I was being net-challenged. Foxhole Terrain gets top marks for their resin terrain which I got directly from Mr. Fox himself. Miniature Market and DACardworld both get a bug thumbs up for providing the repurposable Clix pieces for Mutants and Death Ray Guns |

I would like to say The warstore but the whole back order thing keeps it at only 4 stars, so I will instead say Brigade Games. |
John the OFM | 27 Dec 2010 8:23 a.m. PST |
I didn't order much this year, but just about everyone had to wait for backorders to be filled. The one order I made that went through without a hitch was to Old Glory 25s. Three days is not bad, considering I placed it after 5:0PM on the first day. One day to pick and ship, and the next day to arrive at my house. Good Heavens, we are separated by 200 miles of Pennsylvania, which has the worst roads in the nation! |

Warweb Shogunminiatuers (magnetic bases and movement trays) GHQ Foundry made a mistake on my order but promptly and generously fixed it. Overall a good year for what limited ordering I did. Seems like I get most of my stuff off of eBay and except for some shipping gougers I had very good luck. |

My hat comes off to Miniature-GIANT, who offer Reaper figures (including almost all of Reaper's vast OOP catalogue) at 26% off retail, with free shipping. I ordered figures last Saturday night. The order was processed on Monday morning and arrived on Wednesday. |

The 2 that really stand out for me during '10 are: QRF GZG Both went way beyond what would be expected to help and both on pretty small orders. Many thanks guys. On the other more unfortunate side of the coin, the worst service I have had was from Wargames Factory (abysmal order fulfilment and very poor communication)
although MJS as an individual trader outside of WF is an excellent guy to deal with. Renaissance Inc. Non-existent communication and ripped me off over the TMP painting contest prize. |
SpuriousMilius | 27 Dec 2010 10:44 a.m. PST |
For me, Bronze Age was the best, but I also got great online service from Reaper, Copplestone, Pulp Figures & Brigade Games. I got to play several fun games run by Ed from Two Hour Wargames at cons & at Great Hall Games in Austin, Texas, where I also ran several games & got to play in others. GHG's customer service is always excellent. |

Heroics & Ros and Irregular. Not just for swift and reliable service but also because they sell single 6mm vehicles, which is much appreciated. I don't need Hitler's Mercedes five times, you see. |

Foundry. Unfashionable to say it perhaps. 'Tis still true though. I suppose I should also mention Dragon Painting Services via eBay – herbertyuki is the trader name. |
