Adler, Baccus, Irregular Miniatures. They all have very good ACW ranges in 6mm

The H&R figures are lovely (5mm and slim "true proportion" style) and (along with Adler) give you free basing option, Baccus and Irregular are already based according to the preference of the designers.
However unless you are in the UK the H&R shipping charge will kill you.

If the basing you want for your rules is compatible, Baccus are probably your best bet.

If you're in the US you can order Baccus from me at ScaleCreep.com

The Baccus come 4 figures per strip, 20mm wide. So they will work with almost any basing scheme around.

ACW is one of the best ranges in H&R but just about all those mentioned have their good points.

Baccus skirmish packs can easily be cut into single figures and it isn't that hard to do it with the 'line' strips either. You are a bit more limited with Irregular but there is some nice animation in some of the figures.

Mark, don't sell them all yet! I am waiting until I settle with the soon to be ex and then I will be able to order. I had been waiting for them to show up again in the inventory. Argh!

YouTube link the figs are Adler, you have so much more choice of how much you want to spend as compared to Baccus packs, adler you can buy 4 figures if thats all you need.
