I am painting my first 25MM HOTT army:

Men of Bronze and Iron (and some beasts)

link

Gladiators are from Foundry and Cursader, the bear from DeeZee and the Celts from Renegade.

I like to plan campaigns during painting sessions and just today I had the idea for a new one:

Hott Days in Rome

During the the year 69AD, while civil war racks the empire , in Rome several private armies are fighting for supremacy:

the lanista Asteropaeus and his men of bronze and iron , the gladiators

the gangleader Spiculus and his motley crew of streetfighters, assains, run away legionaries and escaped slaves

the prefect of the Praetorians Purpureus and his troopers

and the Senator Marcus Silvanus Proshodus and his household troops.

I donīt know if I am ever going to paint all this miniatures but just to think how teach army could look like is fun enough.
