For my 15mm Wokou Pirates . . .

I ordered these individual Grumpy figures (Chinese and Indonesian/Malay) from Eureka AU:

2 x Spearman (GRU-MAL08) = AU$1.50
2 x Kris swordsman (GRU-MAL06) = AU$1.50
2 x Chieftain or officer (GRU-MAL01) = AU$1.50
4 x Musketeer (GRU-MAL09) = AU$3.00
2 x Halberdier (GRU-CHI08) = AU$1.50
2 x Swordsman with bamboo shield (GRU-CHI10) = AU$1.50
2 x Swordsman with scabbard in left hand (GRU-CHI07) = AU$1.50
4 x Arquebusier/Musketeer (GRU-CHI04) = AU$3.00
2 x Swordsman with bamboo shield (GRU-MIN14) = AU$1.50

300SAM02 4 Early Samurai followers with naginata
300SAM01 8 Peasants with pole arms

QUESTIONS:

Do you guys that makes a good mix? Or am I missing any other components?

PS. I already got my Japanese peasants/followers and, I must say, the height difference between them and my Blue Moon Pirates looks realistic, in an ethnic sort of way. :)

Cool idea. I'm clearing out my 28's and my pirates might be next to go. Just curious, why some from Eureka AU and some from US?

Good question. I hope my explanation makes sense . . .

I could have tried ordering the Grumpy figures from ERM in the UK, but ERM doesn't let you buy individual pieces. Only Eureka AU does. Eureka USA doesn't even carry them.

I should have ordered the Japanese at the same time as my Chinese/Malay Grumpy order from Eureka AU, but I forgot until the order had already been placed. I didn't want to pay overseas postage again, so I tried Eureka USA instead.
