You can get some urban war 3 legged robots.

They have that kind of look

There are some of the three legged Urban Wars figures Tony mentioned in my 15mm comparison pictures (at the end I think). I am at work and can't link to them from here.

(I saw the non-humanoid torsos note, but not sure of anything that fits the requirement)

Try Gary Mitchells Space Vixens line. They are large 25s and you might want to do some sculpting on them to get to Hobbs end.
