Last week I placed my first order with kai at Falcon Figures.
I was wondering if any one could tell me about their experiences with the company. When I placed my order I was told I would be contacted that night with a paypal invoice. Never got one and still haven't. The next day I called and, increased my order and left my credit Card infomation on his voice mail. I asked for an e-mail or call to let me know if paypal or credit card would be used and if he got my new order. I have heard nothing since then and I've called several times since then only to get an voice mail. I am not complaining, it hasn't been all that long, for all I know he could be on vacation or something came up. I was just wondering if this is common for falcon Figures and to ask how your order went with them. How long did it take to get you order? Did everything go okay?
Always curious when I order from a company I have never ordered from before. Thanks |

Sorry to disapoint but my Falcon story has yet to end. I have heard fron Kai saying he has what I want in stock. I have emailed how many of each code I want and asked him how he would like payment. Now I'm being patient and waiting because I really want these figures. |

I have ordered without any problems. Now they don't seem to have any of the figs I want in stock. He responds via email but its not very timely. |

Kai, will eventually get to you. He works several jobs, and is notoriously slow to respond. I usually pre-order something and pick it up at a convention due to this slowness. Of course, I have so much unpainted lead I'm in no hurry. Side note: at Historicon I picked up a pre-order and then picked up some more figures. I left one of the packs I bought on his table by accident. He was kind enough to track me down and call me at my hotel room and left a message for me that he has my figures set aside! Wow! I was impressed. I would have never noticed until I got home had he not called. |

Yes his emails are friendly and I'm prepared to wait as long as I get the stuff. Din, did you ever do the Sikh Wars in 15mm? |

Thanks everyone for the input, So, what I am hearing is that Kai is impossible to get a hold of because of his work schedule, but I will get my figures? Is that accurate? How long of a wait it is usually for the order to arrive? |

From what I have heard Kai will be at the Guns of August show in three weeks in Va. You might have a friend from the east coast who is going to the show ask Kai about it. |

I ordered some stuff from him some months ago and it arrived here in Belgium within a few days. Kai responded immediately to all of my e-mails and I found hinm to be very polite and prompt. |

Hello. Information that can save you a disappointment.
Do not order from falcon figures USA, they are swindlers and robbers.
In January 2014, with friends we ordered figures for a significant amount (over 180USD with shipping). Of course, falcon figures cashed our money and, despite many reminders which they no longer answer, we have not received anything to date.
We must condemn this behavior, we suggest you to boycott this company and do to these people the publicity they deserve. Best regards.
