Would anyone else starting a thread/poll along these lines get DH'd for trolling/starting a stirring thread? Just curious – seems to me Bill has posted a couple of things recently that have caused a ruckess (which was obvious they would) and we've had people DH'd, banned, leave etc. Honestly Bill,with everything that's happened recently did you not think this one might blow up too?

Has anyone painted a unit of Lesbians?

I'm not at all expert on the subject, so wondered if they were known for any particular formations, dress or tactics. Apparently there's some mention of them in Homer's textual works. According to Wiki en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lesbos they were under the Hittites, Persians and Greeks at various times.

I think it's because those *others* foolishly and perversely open their eggs at the small end, impala. You of course are quite normal, and open yours at the big end. Right?

As a card-carrying member of the religious right (I am a Chasidic Jew), I have some definite opinions of the morality of homosexual behavior. With that said, one's sexual preferences have nothing at all to do with wargaming – the question is ridiculous.

In over 30 years in the wargaming hobby (including some forays into role-playing), I have never once asked, been asked or particularly cared who my opponent was sharing his/her bed with. As long as you don't fudge measurements or die rolls, we will get on swimmingly.

My question to the original poster is "why do you care?"

And, I really liked the "Lousy Gamer But Trying" take on LBGT, cheers to whomever came up with that one.

I agree that this is a poor idea for a poll, and the above discussion already proves that point. And as noted in another thread, this would be a discussion for TMP Plus, not on the main forum, which is wargaming-only.

I do not have a problem with the question. I know of at least three transgender, and two gay men. So what, who cares. FWIW I am giving up women for six months. Has more to do with an ex-wife then gender. Does that make me gay? No but I am happy not to deal with the drama. I am not LGBT or ambidextrous. Let the poll run who cares! I see the question in this day and age as no more then how many TMPers hold advanced degrees or are in the military. Big deal, I think not. I am attracted to plastic soldiers however!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
