Those look great Mike. They show up much better now with a coat of paint. Jeff |

"I want those!!!!!" Me too. I think this just jumped ahead of the ARC Troops in my "Must Have" list. Very cool
very PigIron-esque! The multiple poses lend a very striking army as well. |

Those guys are great. Love the guns, the armor, and the poses. They're definitely must haves. Shawn. |

Impressive! I'll add those to the list. |

OK ditto on the great sculpting and design. That almost goes without saying now for a Rebel product. I *LOVE* the background. Detailed, interesting, but also doesn't leave the minis inextricably tied to the setting. |

So, when can I order them "new engineered super soldiers"? Dan |
DinOfBattle2 | 12 May 2010 2:41 p.m. PST |
Yeah, when can we order them and the Titan Marine support weapon teams? Eric |

*Applause* This background has to be one of the most sensible, realistic and well-thought-out 'fluff' pieces for some time – and as a biologist, I have to say I find no major problems with it, apart from the solid thoracic shell and breathing, that is a worry :) Not sure how good a being with no adreanl reactuions ( Emotional respones being just a part of that package ) would do in combat, but as an idea for a comabt unit with really non-human morale and responses, this would work excellently on the table. to you guys for these – Great sculpts as well! More importantly, though – What about the 6mm vehicles? :) |

What I also like is that their morale makes them different-- specialized for some roles but not others. They certainly don't replace human troops-- especially spec ops soldiers who are selected for brains and judgment. Hopefully, we'll see maintenance/construction niners ("niner miners" designed for colonial work. Then I can kit-bash my kibble dispenser for their lunch breaks! |

You can thank John Bear Ross.. with some imput from Jeff, on the background. He did an outstanding job! |

Any chance we can get 5150 stats on these guys? My EF Marines might need the extra muscle against the Sahadeen. |

I think that the Rebel super soldiers are going to be my Umbrella Corp guys: TMP link Dan |

I'm very grateful to Mike for putting these long-awaited sculpts into production. Credit goes to Angie Portman for the figs, and Jeff for pointing out the obvious in my writing. Best, JBR |

BEAUTIFUL Greens!!! Absolutely stunning. I am really itching to order them now. Just say when! Dan |
John Leahy | 13 May 2010 4:36 a.m. PST |
Yaeh, really nice looking green. |
TimHerr | 13 May 2010 7:56 a.m. PST |
Tgunner, why not use the Symons stats? Similar (though not exact) concepts should result in similar stats. Tweak as needed. It's what I'll do. Tim |
Tgunner | 13 May 2010 5:54 p.m. PST |
Yeah, that is what I was thinking. The Symons look pretty close. Maybe a special rule for the human 'officer'. |
