How reading some text while Googling can spark something suitable for the table. I like building odd stuff and after reading a single captured T-60 was outfitted with a 2cm FlaK, and I was working on a T-70, why not.

This is for my severely underequipped Volksgrenadiers, Eastern Front branch :P

Ok, this was no supposed to end up in the Naval Painting Guides section at all…..and I can't change that, sorry :S

Nice work! Out of curiosity, what are the bases made of?

Gunbird02 May 2010 10:52 a.m. PST

1.5mm Polystyrol, or plasticcard

Skeptic02 May 2010 12:26 p.m. PST

Thanks, how do you get the nice curves at the corners?

Gunbird02 May 2010 1:41 p.m. PST

By KISSing* it…… just use nail clippers for the curve and a sanding stick for the remainder, no more then a minute worth of work per base. And everyone has one of those at home, just don't nick it off the wife ;)

(Keep It Simple, Stupid…..always a good thing to remember)

Well, put it on a motorized barge in the Vistula and it becomes a naval topic :)

And it very nice work on the conversion and painting.

Ooh, not the Vistula…..each time I hear that I want to do TW:2K again…..
