Hello Everyone -

Okay, I know that the Saleh EIR Romans are bigger than the Perry ones, however, how do you know which is which?

I'm assuming that the ones at the following link are the Saleh ones. Is this correct?

Thanks!

That is correct; that collection is all of them: one-piece castings. The packs in every other Foundry EIR collection are by the Perrys: separate shields and weapons.

Thanks Allen!

?Como? huh?

I thought ALL the Wargames Foundry EIR Romans at least came with separate shields?? E.G., I have some EIR-41 (or 4/1 if you prefer) that clearly have one-piece cast "man and pilum" (not separate pilum), BUT, that have separate scutumfrown

I'm so confused… old fart

The Saleh Romans the shields our molded on the figures! The Perries Romans the shield and in some cases the pilum is serparate! Also the Perries Romans are smaller! Mike P.S. I will be selling some Perries Romans at Little Wars this Saturday!

@ Legion 1950 -- thanks Mike!! Okay, I think I got it. Or get it!

So Allen -- where is Allen lately, I haven't gotten a Christmas card from him in a couple years -- so Allen gave a link, which is of course now defunct, since Foundry's "Old Management," which was really the "Previous Management," since the "OLD Management" is now the "NEW Management…"

Since the "Previous Management's" site has now been taken down… I've tried to use my limited IT skills to decipher what Allen was trying to say… "Collections" as "collections/IR/1/index."

Is THIS the "series," IR1/1 to IR1/8, that Allen was saying back then were sculpted by Steve Saleh???
