Model Railroad suppliers – either HO or N gauge ranges. There are plenty of steel water towers, just cover the tank with wood strip if you really want a timber tank, then paint the whole thing with your favourite 'wood' color. |

Just my unsolicited two pence but kit-bashing a water tower should not be too challenging, perhaps a 35mm film canister for the body and the supporting structure by way of cardstock or styrene 'framing'. |
