I've ordered minis from them a couple of times, and have a standing comic book pull from them. Never had a complaint, good service. Damon. |

I have ordered from them three or four times , but not within the last couple years or so.
They never contacted me to tell me my orders were being delayed, which happened twice despite all items ordered being listed as "instock: ships within 24 hours".
They told me both times "that my order had slipped through the cracks and that they had meant to contact me". Once, okay. But twice to the same person? Lack of organization?
Can't complain about their prices or free shipping though.
I would order from again and have, but I always look else where first. |

I was looking for some specific paint variants from the Star Wars Titanium line, and they were very accommodating. |

The order took a little while, but not terribly long. Everything arrived in great condition. So no complaints. |

Ordered from them in the past, but not anytime in the last 2 years or so. Generally they are pretty quick to ship, etc. although once or twice I ended up waiting for a month or so, and their communication can be spotty. Overall they are pretty good I say. |
