Anyone know when the book for the Mercenaries is out? |

The Mk II faction books are due one per month. Cygnar was out in February, Khador just last week, Protectorate in April, Cryx in May, and mercs in June. Then they start on Hordes
All five decks of MkII cards are already out for Warmachine, and they cover all models released prior to 2010. All models released in 2010 already have Mk II cards (as did the Retribution models in 2009). The cards and Prime MK II are most everything you need, with only the merc contracts and various theme/tier lists reserved for the faction books. |

The PP forums as well as the website is a useful slew of information on release dates and so on. New upcoming releases. Conversions, terrain building, programs and the like. Should check it out. :-) Grimm privateerpress.com link |

Sadly, the Mercs players didn't organize like the other factions did for the summer rampage campaign to determine the book release order, so they're picking up the hind end (as usual). Looks like there are going to be some interesting new units, though. Dwarven artillery (with a female in the crew)

Also, if you're not interested in the fluff, just get the card deck and new mini's when they come out. They usualy cover new units in their No Quarter magazine, and everything you need is on the cards anyway! They'll probably be covering the Merc contracts in either the next issue, or the summer issue(though don't quote me on it, I'm guessing here!!!LOL) |
