Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows if the Gatling guns used by the British used a standard artillery limber or had a unique limber?

Thank you

That's what mine uses. Or an elephant.

Just spotted this … and you may have answers by now, but I made this for my 1884 Naval Brigade, after doing quite a bit of research:

The figures and guns are Perry Miniatures, and the limber is based on their ACW plastic one, with wheels from the Gardner, the remainder scratch built.

I used a standard limber for my Gatling.

In the Sudan the limber and gun was hauled by the blue jackets, so it had to be a lighter design.
