Here is a sculpt I made of an adventurer. I am going to trim down his pistol.

Looking good! The body proportions are realistic. The pose seems works. I would work to smooth out the figure-too many little cuts everywhere, a bit of a pain to paint that way. Also, the handgun is a bit large don,t you think. Otherwise, I encourage you to continue cause it looks much better than I could ever do.

Why is he left handed?

Why is he left handed?

Because the coolest guys always are.

Why is he left handed?

1. He is a Splintered Light dollie so he was probably supposed to be holding a sword and shield. The outstrecthed hand is probably the sheild arm.

2. I originally sculpted him to be me. I wanted to play in the zombie games too so I made a figure to represent me. I'm wearing my BDU pants, brown workboots, my tan shirt with all sorts of pockets that is unbuttoned. The gun is my .45 and I will trim the barrel length. I was going to add my glasses also. I'm left handed.

3. Because all the cool people are.

I thought the gun was a blaster carbine or Kill-O-Zap, and sized just fine.

I trimmed the pistol, much better.

I'd say you're definitely getting the hang of it – nice work. As you say, the .45 is a bit oversized, and you might waqnt to give a touch more definition to the neck area (and that could just be the collar of the shirt and the camera angle), but looking good! Certainly about a zillion times better than anything I could do.

I would be willing to trade him for store credit to a miniatures company.

Nice looking sculpt Tabletop Warrior! I think it's fab that he's a southpaw, all the best people are!

I am disappointed though that OFM didn't give me his opinion though.frown

Luckily he is wearing bulky clothes so I do not have to ask if you have ever seen a naked man's body before. grin

saeriously though, he looks like a good rough and ready adventurer.

LOL, Thanks I was going to ask, "Do these pants make my butt look big?"
