I was perusing GZG's catalog and item SC-102 Pod Style EVA caught my attention here: PDF link (1/2 down page 2) is this model still available? I cant seem to find it on their website anywhere.. |

Sorry, no, it's not available – it was one of the Eureka figures we used to do under licence, but Eureka deleted it several years back so we had to withdraw it as well. The pdf catalogue is now very old and contains a number of items and ranges that are no longer in production – we only keep it available as a reference, particularly for pictures of many of the older items. As a general rule, if something is not currently on the webstore then it is not available. Jon (GZG) |

That's the definition of "Cruelty to Customers", pictures of tasty figures we cannot have. Kind of like the Motor Industry with it's concept cars. Just getting into Full Thrust at the moment, the GZG figures are superb,
so thanks Jon :) |

No SVG bugs then. Bummer! |

"No SVG bugs then. Bummer!" No, afraid not. The moulds are worn out, and as sales of them had dropped to a trickle anyway (probably due to all the plastic ST bugs on the market!) it just wasn't worth the time and cost of re-making the moulds. Folks should always remember that moulds used for spin casting have a finite life (sometimes quite short, depending on a number of factors), and if a certain item has not been a big seller (or sold well at first then tailed off significantly) it may well not be remoulded when the original mould gives up the ghost, especially as there is always so much new stuff waiting to be done. The moral is, if you really want it then buy it now – it may not be around for ever! ;-) Jon (GZG) |

Maybe an update to the printed catalogue or some additional pictures on the web-store would help stop the confusion then? There is nothing worse than seeing stuff in a catalogue and not being able to buy it
I guess, closely followed by advertised products with no pictures to go with it. I am a big fan of GZG products but am often put off by having to search through PDF lists in order to find pix
I know that there is a lot of older stock and there are obviously going to be gaps where painted minis are concerned but it would be a huge improvement to get pix up for all of the codes in the spaces where you order them from, even if they are just bare metal or ink washed. |

"The moral is, if you really want it then buy it now – it may not be around for ever! ;-)" That basically summarizes the terror I feel when making all my purchase decisions ;o) "Why am I buying 100 of these? Because what if I wake up tomorrow to find that Khurasan stopped selling its 15mm penguin armies??? Where would I be then? Frankly, I don't want to ever learn the answer to that question." Mongo |

Where would I be then? The Arctic instead? |

If you can't redo the catalog what about Xing the items no longer offered. |
