Well, the last batch of Chewks, the Chewkbombers (mortar crew) are done, and the photos show the face fairly well on one of the two crews. Here they are, I blew the picture up a bit and retouched it, but this is what the heads look like.

Thanks for the pics.

So, how long now before the Chewk are ready for sale?

The greens of the line troopers (except the prone Chewks), and the commanders, appear to have been lost in the mail. frown They were shipped February 8, there's a record of them arriving at the airport in New York, then the trail goes dead.

This is not the first time this has happened. I had a Filipino witch sculpted in 15mm scale, the witch that turned the Getinmahbeli into crazy people, and she was shipped but similarly disappeared after arriving at customs. The sculptor had insured the package and to help me out he offered to remake her while he tracked them down. But I had second thoughts and so he made the giant ape instead to replace the missing witch -- perhaps making witches is bad luck after all. Eventually he collected on the insurance.

Well, all the other Chewks are on their way, so those will be available probably in about two months. And hopefully the basic trooper poses will show up, the sculptor (who shipped them) is now looking into tracking them down. Little Bleeped texts appear to have disappeared into the sand, as usual. wink

Wow. That's gotta hurt, both of you. Hope they turn up.

Thanks.
