I am currently working on a range of new flags for the American Civil War/ War Between the States. With it being St. Patrick's Day and hailing from The Emerald Isle what could be more fitting for a first release than the Irish Brigade. You can check them out at my blog.

Very nice! Raising the standards of standards! Clever too!

Looks good so far. I think the tutoral could use some advance techiques in addition to the basics. When will we see a ACW listing? What about 15mm as well I see the tag line for them but seem it is just 25mm right now.

Thanks for the comments. I am creating the ACW range in conjunction with TYW and ECW. There will be plenty more offerings in the ACW era in the coming weeks.

With regards to more advanced techniques. I will be demonstrating how to add realistic ribbons etc to the flag staff. But the whole idea behind Battle Flag is that all the advanced painting and modelling has been done for you.Anyone with basic skills and a very basic set of tools can now create museum/collectors quality flags and standards for their models.

Nice looking stuff. Seems like there are already nice looking flags available for both of these periods. The offerings of flags for the WSS is somewhat limited though. Dutch for that period would be awesome. Just sayin'….
