My friend Pete runs Leonardo Plus games at most HMGS East Conventions. He told me long ago that Gary Leitzell gave him the rules, lock, stock and barrel. Which I take to mean, Gary doesn't print or publish them any longer and really has nothing to do with the game. Pete even has many of Gary's tanks and buildings. He's always tinkering with the rules, so I doubt that they are even in their original form. Look for Pete at Cold Wars, Historicon or Fall In. He usually runs the game at least twice a year. He may be able to provide you with a copy of the rules. John

I'm also looking for a copy of the ruleset. Anyone know any more recent information. I've been trolling ebay for a couple of years.
