Can't wait to see how the Napoleonic Undead color plates are received on that forum. |
Bobgnar | 24 Feb 2010 7:10 a.m. PST |
Does this cover just re-animated humans, or also infected creatures (rage and T Virus, for example) and humans taken over by outer space creatures, or other forms of human ailments that lead them to want to kill humans. Will there be differentiation between fast and slow zombies? |
Ambush Alley Games | 24 Feb 2010 8:07 a.m. PST |
Joe, the author of the book, is quite the zombiephile, so I'm willing to bet that most of the classic zombie bases will be covered . . . . WITH BLOOD!!! ;) |
Sloppypainter | 24 Feb 2010 8:25 a.m. PST |
Will there be a scenario/campaign book, too? "GranMa Betty's hill clan campaign of S. Georgia." How about a fortress series? "Boarded up/Barricaded rural houses of Illinois?" |
M1Fanboy | 24 Feb 2010 12:29 p.m. PST |
I told my wife this morning about this
she groaned and said this fad has gone too far. It beats emo vampires who sparkle all hallow though! I am interested to know what the color plates might look like! A3: US Army Ranger on a "splat" sweep, 2015, Chicago. ;-) |

Whoah. From a company that refuses to cover many of the well-detailed and well-described SF forces in print?!? Hypocrisy = Humanity. |
Legion 4 | 24 Feb 2010 8:59 p.m. PST |
Well
I guess it's a good move economically
Maybe they'll do the same for Star Trek & Stargate
I'd buy those ! Reminds me of when GHQ released Wehrmacht '47
I thought it as a great idea ! But a lot of comments were made about all the "real" models that should be made instead of stuff that didn't make it off the drawing board or prototypes. I'm not a Zombie-phile, so it has me shaking my head a little bit too. But as I said, it may be a good economic move. Ya can't swing a dead cat around here without hitting a couple of Zombie-philes ! |
John the OFM | 25 Feb 2010 11:47 a.m. PST |
I would not be surprised if it turned out to be one of their best sellers. |

It seems Osprey's solution to factual inaccuracies in their books is to dispense with facts altogether. |
