Have decals for the Salamanders ever been made? Or, is there a suitable substitute decal made by someone?

Wow! Found this (look under "decals" section):

Salamanders decals are on all of the transfer sheets currently in production. Limited to just a salamander head (no flame decals, etc, but according to the background not all Salamanders get the flame emblem). For my sallies, I use the salamander head on one shoulder, and squad insignia on the other. I also supplement a small numeral to the "front" of the leftside pad to designate company, and on the "back" to designate squad (using a roman numeral). While not entirely canon, squad markings were indeed used in some depictions, and I figure in 10,000 there would be plenty of variations in marking schemes…

I think that Bell of Lost Souls has decal sheets as well.

That's some cool stuff! I'd buy fast, before they get a C&D though…
