I have finally produced a write up of our Wagram refight at SELWG (don't ask- web site problems!).
We refought the action on the second day, on the French left:
The Austrian I, III, VI and Reserve Corps vs, initially, Massena and Bernadotte, with lots of French reserves becoming available as the day progressed. We had a great day (a belated thank you to Chris McNeil and the SELWG crew) and even repeated some history- the Saxon infantry ran and Lassalle was killed leading a charge!. Also there are resources for LFSIII which is released next friday. Well he did write the rules… |
