I have off a few weeks between now and the year's end. I've decided to paint ALL of my Stargrunt 15mm Sci Fi minis. That's about 20x 10-man squads of various types (Rebel Minis, GZG) about 24x Armored Vehicles or so (Old Crow, GZG, QRF, Rebel Minis) 4x Static Emplacements (Old Crow) It will be GLORIOUS. |

This time of year I get into "Finish it" mode. I take a look at my projects and pick the easiest to finish and work my way up the line. I recently finished: 1. SS 75mm crew in winter garb
2. Falshirmjaeger 37mm guns (2), crews and Kettenrands [sp?]
3. Roundels for my Liberty DH-4's (these are a PITA! -- no wonder I was procrastinating -- came out really good -- this was a serious load off for some reason).
4. Gallic Chieftain #2 -- only got the horns left.
5. Gallic Chieftain #3 -- He's got dark green pants -- they look good -- should I try and do some stripes or checks? Dang! I really think the plain dark green looks good on this guy. Ambivalence kills!!!!!
6. Russian Engineers -- 30+ figs. Next up: Gallic Javelin dudes and Gallic Command figs -- gack -- these will take me to New Years no doubt about it. mjc |

I'm holding my big project for Christmas break, 3 weeks this year, woohoo! I dug out a 15mm Celt army I won on Ebay and primed them up this week.

41 archers
41 slingers
82 cavalry
14 chariots. Upside? A lot of flesh color. Downside? PLAIDS! |

I'm focusing on my samurai until the end of the year, but the hours at work are killing me – over 300 so far this month, not including my other commitments. I need to figure out how to cut sleep out of my life, then I might have more time. Steve
