I was after some materials, so checked the Antenociti site. The Brown Stuff was out of stock, so I gave them a quick call to see when it would be in. "Ah, I have one in stock but it's not listed online, hang on, let me just check the orders pending… no, none ordered here, give me two secs to put it in stock online then you can place your order" Quick refresh, drop it in the basket, run it through the Paypal and 2 days later I'm playing with chainmail in brown stuff. Credit where credit's due. Excellent service. |
