Gentlemen After the recent completion of a platoon of 15mm Critical Mass Game walkers I felt inspired to see how they would do in a Stop-Motion movie up against some GZG vehicles :) Here's one for your entertainment :) link Regards to all Vulture (My Blog: link ) |

The conga-line-o'-doom and the walker getting blown to smithereens really made that movie. Great going! |

It hadn't really occurred to me before, but bailing out of an immobilized walker would be a lot harder than unassing a tank. |

That was great fun. An effective variation on the Mech Warrior 2 (1995) intro video – here's a very poor youtube of it YouTube link The MWII intro was the best and most dramatic mech warrior video IMO in any of their games! It fit perfectly with your video – I loved the line of vehicles getting pounded, very much put me in mind of Michael wittman (A german Tiger tank commander who did something similar to an unfortunate column of British tanks that were caught in a sunken lane). Great stuff! -- Tim |

Tim Yes I agree, the MWII is the standard by which all other mech vids have been judged since. I just couldn't resist using the soundtrack
Must confess I did have Wittman slightly in mind when shooting the parked column up :) Tailoring the action to fit with the soundtrack was quite interesting. I ended up with about 30 seconds of footage that I had to cut. I might be able to use some of it in a future movie though :) Regards Vulture |

That was some great footage! Fantastic work and bravo to your cameraman. The sound was excellent, too. Someone needs to warn the CMG guys about those vulnerable hip actuators. |
