First outing for my French against my Step Son as the Germans! Well sadly my dice rolling was downright bad but losing my St Chamond to a flame thrower was stupid by losing my FT17 to a flank shot from an HMG was just unlucky, yes? Anyway, gave it my all to the last few troops but there were just too many German reserves counter attacking. Rules were 'The Great War' by Warhammer Historicals. Pictures here link |

A really enjoyable post. Great looking St Chamond. Too bad about the flame thrower! |

Very nice looking game! Tough day for the French. How long did the game last? How did you like the rules? Thanks, John |

Game lasted 3 to 4 hours with messing around! I love the rules but, strangely, I don't care for 40K! Nice and fast play with good representative results. |
