Don't miss it. Richard Boone and George Hamilton in a James Warner Bellah cavalry tale in the John Ford tradition. Ignore the silly H-wood subplot and enjoy one of the more realistic stories of frontier fighting in the southwest. Bob |

Hi I actually read the novel before the movie came out. I thought the translation was fairly good. A dead coyote or something? Rocky |

I watched this last month. Good movie. The subplot was pretty Hollywood though. Thanks, John |

Liked the movie ! Not able to find it anywhere on dvd or vhs :( Bellahs' stories are great. Had read somewhere that the John Wayne character in "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon" and Boones' were the same one. Sure is played differently in the movies ? |

It was on tonight. It will be on STARZ again Nov. 24th and 25th, IIRC. Thanks, John |
