Hi Friends,
I'm planning to paint two armies in 28mm to use with Italian rules IMPETUS.
I've painted some Foundry Late Romans but I like very much Middle Empire Legionari of CRUSADER Miniature.
Do you think that I can use also these figs. for this campaign against Sassanians?
If yes, do you think that I have to use only with spears or pilum also? Thanks for help and best regards from Italy.

Hi Andrea, The helmets, armor and shields of these Middle Imperial Roman legionaries would probably be too early in appearance for a battle set in 363 AD: link IMHO, these Late Roman legionaries would be more likely choices: link link Cheers,
