If you have any questions, or special requests, don't hesitate to PM me here at TMP, or send me a private email at cturnitsa@yahoo.com Thanks! Chuck odms-club.com/convention |

'bump' is to keep the posting towards the top of the 'Conventions' list, Justin. |

LOL That and the other 17 or so crossposted Boards. Robert |

I realize that this is a lot of cross posting, but the Conventions board has been quite "noisy" lately with all the political topics concerning HMGS, so I thought it would be useful to get the info out to the gaming communities. In the end it is still better to talk about what conventions and games we are actually doing, then to complain (in my opinion). Chuck |

Hey no prob :). I just found it funny both about a no additional info or comment "Bump" and and that the "bump" involved more then just bumping it up on the "'Conventions' list" LOL. Robert |

We will probably post a preliminary event list soon, we are up to about 20 games, not counting tournaments and demos. More should roll in soon, we got most of our games last year between Thanksgiving and New Years. Chuck |

I'm hoping to run a game, but I need to verify my schedule before I submit it. |

You realize that "bumping" a topic is verboten? (I should know, the rule was adopted when I sent a topic to the top on the now defunct Current Affairs Board--costing me three days in the dawghouse!) |

What is the cut off to register games? |
cturnitsa | 16 Nov 2009 12:35 p.m. PST |
Rothgar, Xintao – you can register a game pretty much up until the event itself, but doing it earlier gets you a couple of things. 1. You are put on the event list (which will be published this week, and then it is kept up to date until the Convention). 2. You have a better chance of getting the time slot that you like. Last year the time slots started filling up in the beginning of December, and we had to fit people in where we could. Chuck Convention Director Williamsburg Muster 2010 odms-club.com/convention |

Gents – I have to ask that if there is real info or questions concerning Williamsburg Muster events – by all means post it here. But just to "bump" the topic – please refrain. We don't need to get a bad reputation as forum spammers when we don't have anything to say. Chuck ps- Look for an Event List at the website later by this weekend. odms-club.com/convention |
