Like the subject suggests I've had a bit of a problem with purchasing figures…

I have used the link to Paypal and followed through the procedure there, but when I contacted HLBS to ask them a question about my purchase they said that they had not recieved my order????
Paypal comes up with 'Unclaimed' in the Payment Status column which means:

Payments Sent: A payment may be unclaimed for several reasons:
1. The recipient has not signed up to PayPal and has not yet received your payment
2. The recipient has a PayPal Personal account (which cannot receive more than five debit or credit card-funded payments a year)
3. The recipient hasn't accepted the payment
4. The recipient has chosen to individually accept or decline payments from customers who don't have a confirmed postal address.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced these problems lately, and if they have what procedure have they taken?

Often when I have had problems like this a wrong email address was used on either side. I would double check that they dont have more than one email and if they have a cart that it is up to date and in synch with paypal.
