I found these in one of my many "lost project" boxes. I think I have three different sets/manufacturers present in the 25mm/28mm range. I believe there are some Twilight 2000 minis there, but I don't know for sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like you have most of a set of figures from
Grenadier Secret Agents Mercenaries box. In the first
picture figures 1,2,7,8,and 9are from that set(left to
right).In the second picture miniatures 1,2,3,5,and 6
are also from that set.The female soldier in the first
picture holding the M-16 upright with helmet on her hip
is from Grenadier's Twilight 2000 range.The rest,I can't
identify.I have all these figures and the orginal box
for the Mercenaries.
Hope that helped.

Thanks Wildman, that did help. Cheers.

In the first picture 3, 4, 5, 6 are from Ral Partha's 20th century plus line, that includes the woman with the helmet on her hip. Grenadiers T2000 line was in 20mm scale at GDW's insistence.

I can't place the painted figure in the second picture but I'm sure it's not Grenadier or Ral Partha. Possibly one of the Aftermath figures?

I am pretty sure the painted mini is from the Morrow Project line by TAG.

You are right about the female figure. I checked the base.
I do stand by what I wrote about the others.I can provide
the model numbers of the figures if necessary. There was a sheet in the boxed set identifing the miniatures.
Sorry Captain Apathy.
